Need a hand, want your data, or have something to report? Here's how to reach a human.
Get help
For general help, questions, or feedback, email hello@hangpost.app. We're a small team and read everything; we aim to reply within a couple of business days.
Your account & data
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Deletion is real: we delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy).
- Get a copy of your data, or other privacy requests: email privacy@hangpost.app. We verify requests against your account.
Report something
- Someone's behavior, a post, or a hangout: use the in-app Report button (two taps). Reports are confidential; the person is not told who reported them. We review every report with a human, with a target of under 24 hours. See our Community Guidelines.
- In immediate danger? Call 911 first, then report in the app.

The basics
Hangpost is the app you download when you move somewhere new, for making real friends in the city you live in now. It's 18+ and currently US-only. By using it you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Event Host Agreement.
